Are you ready to add some self care and grounding practices into your life? Nana Ann’s first yoga series begins on Wednesday, July 8th from 5:30-6:30 and only has 2‼️more spots available! This gentle yoga flow will incorporate intuitive movement, mindfulness techniques, and deep restorative poses to encourage the nervous system to relax and enter parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode. The class will include gentle music and hands on assists to deepen poses or create more space. Consider joining us ☺️

This series will continue for 5 weeks and is available as a package purchase for $60. It will come to an end on Wednesday, August 5th. Make sure to include the package and the series in your purchase to secure your spot in class. I’d love to practice with you!
