In a residential zone, hair salon and diner seek expanded hours The Lincoln Street Diner and Fru-Fru Hair Salon on East Lincoln Street are in a part of Fall Creek that's zoned residential under City of Ithaca zoning, and the businesses and the owner of the building they're in have sought an updated variance that would allow both to be open all weekend.
