1: On time, our barbers are always on time and do their best to handle each clients time with care. We pride on making sure we get it right for each customer which is why booking your slot in advanced means you get in the chair when its your turn. If something out of the ordinary happens we make it right.

2. Respect. We respect everyone no matter who they are. We have a chair open for you. Our barbers our kind, caring, and hard working individuals who represent Ithaca's finest.

3. The cut. We make sure we check in and get it right or we will make it right. It is only a good deal if everyone is happy and that is why we double check with all clients before they leave the chair that we got it right. Please ask questions and bring us your ideas we are always happen to work with you.

4. All ages, all kinds of hair. We make sure we are up to date with classic and modern styles. Our barbers are well versed in barbering and cant handle any texture. Young or well seasoned it is never a bad time for a hair cut.

5. The Garrison way. Here we take pride in maintaining quality. We ask our customers how we can make the experience better and what we can do to improve.
