Sunday yoga! Every Sunday morning at 9:30 our group enjoys Yoga on the lawn at Bet The Farm winery! We would love to have you join us! $15 cash with $5 of that going to a local nonprofit. (If it’s raining, we head inside.) And not only do you get an hour of yoga, but there are snacks, a complementary glass of wine and friendly conversation afterwards.!

Also, I am a massage therapist and I have an offering : If a student comes to 2 of the classes, they can take
$10 off any massage or $20 off if they come to all 4 classes!
