House of Honey II is a curated sonic journey inspired by Oshun and Yemaya, two revered Orishas within the Yoruba spiritual tradition and its diasporic traditions.

Oshun is associated with sweet waters, love, beauty, sensuality, pleasure, creativity, fertility, and abundance. She reminds us of the sweetness and beauty that can exist in life.

Yemaya is associated with the ocean, motherhood, protection, nurturing, intuition, and the profound mysteries of the deep waters.

For House of Honey II, I wanted to explore the meeting point between those energies — sweetness and depth, softness and strength, river and ocean, honey and water.

Every track was intentionally chosen to create a feeling and carry the listener through a journey. Some moments are meant to make you move. Others are meant to make you slow down, reflect, surrender, and simply feel.

This is more than a playlist. It’s an atmosphere. A mood. A sonic offering.

🌊🤍 Honoring Yemayá, the great mother of the waters.

Today I reflect on the wisdom, nurturing energy, and deep love she represents. Yemayá is associated with the ocean, motherhood, protection, emotional healing, and the life-giving power of water.

Bringing spiritual awareness into my brand was my way of creating a space where beauty, wellness, nature, and ancestral traditions could exist together. These teachings remind me to move with intention, honor my roots, and care for myself from the inside out.
