Cancellation Policy
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone/email/Facebook message to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. Our staff time is important, and while we understand that things come up, our staff plans their day to ensure they are available for your appointment. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a valid credit or debit on file for ALL appointments . Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. If a violation of the cancellation policy occurs, and you don't have a card on file, you will be required to pay your outstanding balance before you will be serviced again.
Hair Policy
Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. Most corrective color processes require multiple visits; because of this, color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments which your stylist will notify you of. Credits from color consultations will only be honored at the first booking, within 30 days of the original consult. Because each stylist approaches color and cutting differently, we cannot transfer color consultation credits and notes to another stylist.
Nail Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your nail service, you must notify your technician of this the same day as your appointment and schedule a fix that same day. Once you leave the spa, you are entitled to ONE free nail fix within five days of your original appointment. You must call or message us and schedule the fix. Group Appointments
To ensure larger group reservations greater then $200 in services we will require half down on the service prior to the appointment to hold the spots. If the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours the deposit will not be refunded. Service Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] . Monetary refunds will not be made for services rendered; however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service upon approval of your stylist.
