So I’ve started something new today because I’m the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in my own body ! I also have got to do this for myself and try my best to stick with this . Day 1 is done ✅ I rode my bike 🚲 4.54 miles and then came home and did a 20 min workout and I’m going to do everything in my power to do this daily
