I had the privilege of pampering this incredible client who is 82 years young and has just retired after an amazing 50 years in our industry!
She is the grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, and a big part of one of the longest-running salons in Jackson County, Rocci’s.
I asked her what the secret was and what advice she would give to others. Her answer was simple:
“My husband always made sure our employees were taken care of—that they knew they were appreciated every day. Communication is key, and clients should always be treated like family.”
