We are so excited to be able to reopen Ageless Choices tomorrow. To comply with state guidelines we are asking you to do the following this week. Adjustments will be made as directed by Mayor Conger.

* Access is only allowed during staff hours. Therefore please call or text me at 731-343-0467 to schedule an appointment.
* Bring clean towel and socks each visit.
* Clean each table before and after each use with disinfectant.
* Wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the facility.
* It is recommended that “persons more vulnerable or at-risk for COVID-19 as identified by
the CDC—including those who are over the age of 65 or those who have chronic medical conditions — take extra precautions or refrain from use of the facility during Phase 1 of re-opening.”
* The guidelines also recommend wearing a face mask.
* Maintain social distancing
