OMG!!! Preparation H...for the bags under my eyes???

Maybe you already know this, perhaps you don't but it is true. Preparation H helps reduce those nasty bags under our eyes, but how???
Preparation H has an ingredient called phenylephrine which reduces swelling. It is designed to reduce swelling in blood vessels and it has been proven to reduce swelling in other areas like under the eye.
As an added benefit, Preparation H also has lubricants in it's medication that will help keep the skin under your eyes moisturized. By keeping moisture in the skin, the skin becomes stronger and protects against swelling when medication is not being applied.
How to apply Preparation H under the eyes.
Simply put a dab under the eyes and gently massage into the skin. Be careful not to get into your eyes. That wouldn't be good, and it would hurt. If you are going out, just keep the Preparation H on until you do your makeup. Wipe off with a tissue and apply your makeup. It does take a few days of applying under the eyes to see a noticeable difference. So start on a Monday so you can get rid of your baggage by Friday night..
