After obtaining my Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I continued my education with NASM by completing their coveted specialization in Corrective Exercise. My main priority is to utilize all my training and education to customize a personal and effective bodywork strategy that matches your individual wants and needs.
