Over lunch at with our amazing friends and .rangler I fumbled over reasons why I wanted to start a hair salon, how a I desired a space where all hair types belong, and dreamed of something high end, but rooted in human connection.

I don’t know how they took my jumbled up thoughts and made my ideal salon brand come to life. But it has helped me shape every piece of the puzzle this far. I couldn’t be more thrilled to share the brand and heart beat behind kin and curl with with you all 🫶

The vibes of this cutie client are unmatched 😎 And the curly bangs though 😍

This was her first curly cut 🙌 we clarified and shampooed, detangled, defined and shaped (Honestly her curls were awesome, just needed a tad bit of shaping). We left her more defined then voluminous, so they could last until her next wash day 💦
