A graduate of Bethel Christian Academy, he enjoys the full design process—from early planning to detailed coordination—across both new construction and renovation.

With over 50 years of experience, Jerry brings a steady, relationship-driven approach to architecture. After serving four years in the United States Air Force, he began his career in 1973 and joined TLM in 1989.

A graduate of Draughons College in Nashville, TN with an Associate’s Degree in Engineering.

He is known for the lasting partnerships he builds, particularly within school systems, health departments, and local governments. Fully invested in his clients, Jerry values the ability to combine trusted relationships with his design expertise to best serve their needs and support long-term growth.

From a young age, Ginger had a natural draw to buildings and design—making architecture a clear and fitting path.

A graduate of Henry County High School in Paris, TN, she thrives in the problem-solving aspect of the profession. Taking a client’s list of priorities and transforming it into a functional, impactful design—while working within real-world constraints like budget—is what she finds most rewarding.

Her work reflects the balance of creativity and strategy—maximizing impact while staying grounded in purpose.
