Last week we took a trip to Costa Rica 🇨🇷 for our 1st yoga retreat. And man oh man has it changed my life tremendously. This was a time for me to reset and also explore myself. I got to do things that have been on my to-do list. Not only that I was able to see the behind scenes on how to host a yoga retreat. This is a something that A Touch of Luv&Peace Wellness is working on to add to our menu of wellness services. In order to be able to create this magical 🧙‍♂️ wellness experience for our clients we had to explore and experience the flow of the retreat. We our so excited to start working on this exciting journey to add yoga retreats to our community. Stay tuned for more details in the future. We are expanding our studio hours to give you even more chances to schedule your wellness appointments. We are pleased to inform you that we will be teaching at Power Yoga San Marco South every Thursday at 5:30 PM. This inclusive class is open to everyone, from beginners to seasoned students with a class fee of only $20. It’s a fantastic opportunity to incorporate wellness into your daily routine and embrace a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.

Please keep in mind that from June 15 to June 20, we will be in Costa Rica for a transformative wellness retreat. This time will allow us to reset and rejuvenate, gathering insights and experiences to create future retreats just for you, our cherished clients. Here’s a recap of the Mother’s Day wellness for moms event. It felt so good to pour into these lovely 🥰 moms. Everyone left feeling Restored, Relaxed and rejuvenated. With Mother’s Day approaching, A Touch of Love&Peace Wellness is excited to invite you to a special Wellness Workshop dedicated to all the wonderful moms out there. Join us in celebrating motherhood and wellness through a gentle hatha yoga class, followed by restorative Reiki healing to promote deeper relaxation for your mind, body, and spirit.

As mothers, we often prioritize the needs of our children and families over our own. Let’s take this opportunity to realign and dedicate some much-needed time to ourselves. This enriching workshop will take place on May 9, 2026, at Power Yoga San Marco Studio, running from 2 PM to 4 PM. The cost is $35, and we’ll provide light refreshments for everyone.
