I understand that things do come up that are beyond a clients control BUT please be aware that our income in the industry is based on servicing our clients and being paid for those services. Please be aware that the policy is going to be enforced with NO exceptions. No Call No shows may not be considered for a reschedule. This policy also includes gift card holders. A gift card could/will be voided if there is a late cancellation or a no show.
