Wild foraged Passionflower, Mountain Mint, and Self-heal ☀️✨🌱💛 This season I’ve been waiting on passionflower to appear 💜 finding her felt like I found treasure🪎💛

Recently harvested herbs were Yellow Dock Root and Non-stinging Dead Nettle from a dear friend’s homestead. 🌱 These herbs are great sources of iron❤️ Once they’re fully dried, they will be made into a glycerin extract and herbal loose leaf tea ✨

✨Spring Harvest Salve 🌸
This salve was made with herbs from my garden, and wild growing dandelions, pink wood sorrel, plantain, and white clover 🍀
☀️ It’s packed with vitamin C, highly moisturizing, and has light notes of rose from the rose absolute oil 🌹 perfect to use as a face moisturizer, cuticle cream,  and promote healing of cuts and scrapes.

I’m so thankful to connect with a local farmer who is very botanically adept 🌱 It’s extremely important to me that every herb I use is sourced organically and ethically 💛

A blessed afternoon out wild foraging Butterfly Pea Flower & New Jersey Tea in the Appalachian foothills 🌱☀️💛

I used a freshly brewed pot of coffee in this soap ☕️🌟 it smells sweet, almost like a caramel frappé 🤤 The first ingredient is shea butter. It’s wonderful for moisturizing dry skin. Using coffee soap as you get ready to start your day will help you feel energized ☀️
