Most of us know bay leaves as something we add to soups and stews—but this simple little leaf has much more to offer.

Bay leaf (Laurus nobilis) contains naturally occurring polyphenols, flavonoids and aromatic plant compounds that have been studied for a variety of wellness-supporting properties.
