Grateful beyond words for . What an incredible honor it was to sit on the front lines of an event that tests man’s resilience, but also celebrates that anything is possible. The grit and dedication that these athletes possess to accomplish this feat for the first time or the two hundred and nineteenth time, @ Luis my GUY!

Every one has a story, and every story carries a respect and inspiration you can rarely capture.

Thank you to my incredible team for making this happen. From athlete village setup, to the hours waiting in anticipation, and the chaos of working 8 tables. You guys showed up, ready to receive, and gave it your all. Because these athletes gave it theirs.

Had an absolute blast out at Jennings this weekend with my best training partner!

Been working with Chris Mc on a nice long marathon build for an October race! I’m so excited to be jumping into this journey. Already seeing so much growth in these first few weeks and excited to ramp things up from here!

To maintain the quality of my bodywork, I’ll be reducing my schedule over marathon build. Giving space for proper rest & recovery and ensuring I can give my best every session!

Most direct schedule change is to Saturday mornings, reserved for long runs. Few appointments after 3pm are up for grabs on Saturdays. Appointments already booked remain unaffected.

What this means for clients:
- Book out! As far as you’re able. I would rather cancel your appointment than be unable to accommodate you! Online booking link in bio.
- Use the waitlist! My scheduling system allows you to get specific with days or times!
- I love to refer out to graduates who might be a great fit. New clients, let’s chat!
