Managed grade 3 acne means a pivot to acne scarring. Florida estheticians are not allowed to do microneedling so we've got the next best (and just as effective) thing: spicule peels.

Spicules are needle like structures derived from fresh water sponges. These spicules are massaged and embedded into the skin. Over the course of 3-4 days, they gradually work their way out. During this process, it stimulates collagen production, refines skin texture, and lifts old pigment.

Spicule peels can be safely combined with chemical peels (unlike microneedling) which can boost effectiveness.
