When you are the care giver of young children/wife, it is a good idea to arise before the young children and prepare breakfast, this also helps with being available to walk them through their morning routine, (Restroom, Teeth brushing, Face washing, Prayer n Breakfast)/ (whatever that looks like for you) wash-up, get dressed for the day. If you must set an alarm, do so. Routine takes the edge off.
TIP: Create a schedule, you have one for work.
