✨ 1 month difference with only extractions and a properly adjusted homecare routine.

Teen acne is never the same for everyone because each skin behaves differently and responds at its own pace. Some clients start seeing visible improvement after the first session, while others may need several months or even longer to reach a stable result.

This process is always individual and depends on many factors including oil production, inflammation level, hormonal influence, consistency of homecare, and overall lifestyle.

For this reason, I never promise a specific timeline, but I do focus on building a correct and sustainable approach that allows the skin to gradually restore its balance.

All progress here is achieved without medications, by working with the skin rather than against it, and when the process is consistent and properly guided, the skin will respond

Melting Thread Lifting — what it actually does for your skin

This is not traditional threads.
And it’s definitely not some “instant facelift magic”.

This treatment works through the skin, not by traumatizing it.

Here’s what’s behind it:
• chitosan + fibroin (proteins similar to what your skin recognizes)
• TDN technology that improves pe*******on
• gentle micro-channeling + stimulation of cell turnover

What actually happens:

✔️ skin gets очищена and balanced on the surface
✔️ actives pe*****te deeper
✔️ skin looks tighter due to hydration + structural support
✔️ over time, skin becomes denser and more resilient

Important to understand:
this is not a surgical lift

It’s skin quality → density → visible lift

On the photo — right after treatment:
smoother texture, more glow, softer lines

And this is exactly why I love these protocols
we don’t damage the skin
we rebuild it

VALER MICROBIOME DUO 🧴

Working with skin every day, I continue to see the same pattern. The skin barrier is often compromised not by active ingredients, but during cleansing…. Over-cleansing and harsh surfactants gradually weaken the barrier and disrupt the microbiome.
So I wanted to create a system that would cleanse gently while actively supporting the hydro-lipid barrier and the skin’s natural ecosystem.

That is how VALER MICROBIOME DUO was born.

💚 The Microbiome Gel Cleanser is formulated with mild glucosides and betaine that cleanse without stripping the skin. PHA provides gentle renewal without increasing sensitivity, while Centella, Panthenol, and Beta-Glucan support calm, balanced skin. Inulin helps support a healthy microbiome.

💚 The Microbiome Balancing Mist continues that support. It contains Centella to help maintain skin balance, Inulin to reinforce microbiome support, Beta-Glucan to promote skin comfort, and Cassia Angustifolia to enhance hydration. Silk Amino Acids and Arginine contribute to maintaining a healthy, physiological pH and reinforcing the skin barrier environment.

Together, these two steps create a system that respects the skin’s biology.

If you want to build your skincare routine on a strong and intentional foundation, message me directly.

Many women don’t talk about this openly, but rapid weight loss can significantly change facial structure.

One of my clients shared that after starting Ozempic and losing weight, she began noticing deeper nasolabial folds and heaviness in the lower face.

This is not “the medication damaging the face.”
It’s volume loss. When we lose fat quickly, facial fat pads decrease too. Skin can look more hollow, folds appear deeper, and proportions shift.

In her case, we’re working on:

– restoring muscular support
– improving circulation and lymphatic flow
– stimulating tissue density
– softening the tension that exaggerates folds

These photos are after just 4 facial massage sessions.
We’re in process — and this is only the beginning.

When volume changes, we don’t panic.
We support structure.

Face remembers consistency.

More to come.

Advanced Lifting Massage

This is a skin longevity case of a client who had long-term Botox use and later had to stop injections due to side effects. Without going into medical details, continuing injectables was no longer an option, and we needed to work through different, non-invasive pathways.

When Botox wears off, facial muscles, especially in the forehead area, gradually reactivate, and expression lines return. This transition phase is not easy and is never a quick fix.

We chose a non-injectable, comprehensive approach that combines advanced lifting massage, deep muscle and fascia techniques, professional in-office treatments, and a carefully structured home care routine. This work requires consistency and patience, as true skin support is built over time, both in the treatment room and at home.

The focus is on restoring muscle balance, improving tissue quality, and supporting the skin naturally rather than temporarily freezing expression. Results develop progressively, and for the right client, this approach becomes a sustainable alternative aligned with long-term skin longevity.

Why I Call My Treatments Rituals

I call my treatments rituals because they are designed to work on more than just the skin.

A VS Ritual is not about avoiding intensity when it’s needed.
It’s about understanding when intervention is necessary and how to support the skin before, during, and after it.

Some skin conditions require exfoliation, extractions, or controlled trauma.
True results don’t always come from comfort, but they should never come from chaos.

VS Ritual philosophy is built on intention, structure, and respect for skin physiology.
Even when a treatment involves active work, it’s always balanced with recovery, barrier support, and nervous system regulation.

The goal is not to “push” the skin, but to guide it, allowing regeneration without overwhelming its protective systems.

This is why every VS Ritual follows a thoughtful flow and includes foundational elements that support the skin and body as a whole, not as upgrades, but as a standard of care:

• LED Light Therapy to support cellular repair and post-treatment recovery
• Head massage to release tension and calm the nervous system
• Hand & arm relaxation ritual to ground the body while the skin is under LED
• Aromatherapy in massage-based rituals to support the sensory and emotional response

These elements exist not to make treatments feel luxurious,
but to help the skin integrate the work that was done.

VS Rituals are for women who want results with intelligence.
Intervention with intention.
Care with purpose.
Skin, respected 🤍

Progress Is Not a Dramatic Effect. It Is the Absence of Setbacks.

In skin work, real progress is not defined by instant glow or visible shock effects. It is defined by how stable the skin remains over time.

Short-term results may look impressive, but if the skin repeatedly returns to inflammation, sensitivity, or imbalance, there is no true progress, only recurring correction.

Sustainable skin progress shows up as fewer flare-ups, faster recovery, and a reduced need for constant intervention. When the skin can hold its condition between treatments, it is no longer being pushed but guided.

This kind of progress requires consistency rather than intensity. Regular support, proper recovery, and a structured rhythm allow the skin to adapt without regression.

Progress is measured not by how fast the effect appears, but by how rarely the skin needs to be rescued afterward.

Why Skin Recovery Is Not Hydration

Skin recovery is often mistaken for hydration.
But hydration alone does not restore the skin.

When skin is compromised after exfoliation, inflammation, or active treatments, the issue is rarely lack of water.
It is loss of regulation.

True recovery depends on how well key systems function together:

• The lipid matrix that controls permeability
• Cell signaling that guides regeneration
• Inflammatory balance and immune response
• A stable microbiome
• Nervous system regulation, which directly affects healing

Adding humectants may create temporary softness, but it does not repair structure or restore control.

Hydration does not rebuild barrier lipids.
It does not regulate inflammation.
And it does not teach the skin how to recover.

Skin restoration is not about adding more.
It is about creating the right conditions for the skin to restore itself.

Skin intelligence means understanding function, not chasing effects.

Hi, I’m Valentina, the founder and esthetician behind VS Beauty Base 🤍

I specialize in results-driven, skin-respectful treatments with a strong focus on the hydro-lipid barrier, skin physiology, and long-term skin health, not quick fixes or trends.

My approach is rooted in corneotherapy, Korean skincare philosophy, and a deep belief that skin reflects much more than what we see on the surface. Stress, inflammation, hormones, and nervous system regulation all show up on the skin.

Here, every facial is intentional and every protocol is personalized.
I don’t believe in unnecessary aggression, but I do believe in controlled, well-supported intervention when the skin truly needs it.

VS Beauty Base is a space for women who want to understand their skin, support it long-term, and age consciously with intelligence, consistency, and care.

If you’re new here, welcome 🤍
If you’ve been with me for a while, thank you for trusting me with your skin.

This year, I’ll be introducing a more structured approach to skincare and skin results, built around consistency, education, and real transformation.

More coming very soon ✨

After the holiday season, the digestive system and metabolic pathways often need gentle support. This is not about restriction, extreme cleanses, or punishment after celebrations. It is about helping the body return to balance and restoring physiological rhythms.

This warm detox drink is part of my January reset routine. It is simple, intentional, and designed to support digestion, liver function, and metabolic processes without stressing the nervous system.

Ingredients
• 350–400 ml warm water (40–50°C)
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• a pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon raw local honey
• rosehip if available

How it works
Apple cider vinegar supports digestive function, cellular metabolism, and helps activate liver and lymphatic pathways involved in detoxification. Lemon juice provides vitamins and trace minerals while supporting enzymatic processes. Ginger, cinnamon, cayenne, and rosehip contain bioactive compounds with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help gently stimulate metabolism and improve circulation.

How to use
When taken 15–30 minutes before meals, this drink helps stimulate digestive juices, improve digestion, support appetite regulation, and assist with mindful eating.

When taken about 60 minutes after meals, it may help reduce post-meal glucose spikes, especially after carbohydrate-rich foods.

This drink is not recommended for individuals with gastritis, ulcers, high stomach acidity, or sensitive gastrointestinal conditions. Always listen to your body and avoid use if irritation occurs.

Longevity is built through small, consistent rituals that support the body rather than overwhelm it.
