Our lovely, Magnus made such a beautiful space for us to all open up in and feel safe in and of course the food was amazing as always. Bring a snack to share if you would like and a notebook for the info we will be sharing. Hope to see you there.

Ladies!! Don't forget! This Saturday at 11:30! We talk everything hormones. Do you have rage, anger, roller coaster emotions? Sleeplessness, night sweats, unexplainable shoulder pain?? There will be games and prompts answered and everything is discreet. Do you have questions about hormones changing rapidly. Symptoms of menopause, menstruation, post baby blues? Any and all hormone related concerns. Come have tea and chat with us.

We are just going to sit around with other women and chat, share stories or just listen and take a few moments to be supported by others trying to navigate through mentally, physically and emotionally challenging times.
