If I had to start over with my hair routine… this is exactly what I’d do for my fine, fragile hair & thinning crown.
It’s simple, consistent, and it actually works.

One thing about me… I’m NEVER too seasoned to be a student.

Continued education is important at EVERY stage of your career.

Trends change. Techniques evolve. The industry moves.

And if you want to stay relevant behind the chair through every decade, you have to be willing to keep learning, keep sharpening your skills, and keep getting with the program.

I took Reggie Graham Platinum & Smooth class the other day, and baby… I went right back behind the chair and put what I learned to WORK. 🔥

Years in the game don’t mean you stop learning.
It means you understand the VALUE of continuing to learn.

Stay teachable. Stay evolving. Stay relevant. ✨

Take me smooth service now available…

What’s the procedure?

Quiet quitting a marriage doesn’t always look like leaving.

Sometimes you’re still there. Still doing life together. Still handling the bills, kids, house and responsibilities…

But somewhere along the way, you stopped really connecting.

And sometimes you’re not tired of each other.
You’re tired of the way you’ve been relating to each other.

There’s a difference. ❤️

If the love is still there but the connection feels off, here are 6 ways to start finding your way back:

1. Talk about more than responsibilities.
Ask each other real questions again. How are you really doing? What do you need from me?

2. Say what you need.
Stop expecting your spouse to just know. Unspoken expectations can quietly turn into resentment.

3. Address the little things.
Sometimes the argument isn’t about what just happened—it’s everything that’s been building underneath it.

4. Bring the affection back.
Kiss. Hug. Flirt. Hold hands. Sit close. Compliment each other. Sometimes you have to become intentional about what used to happen naturally.

5. Be a couple again.
Not just parents, business partners or two people managing a household. Date each other again—even if it’s on the couch with the phones put away.

6. Stop keeping score and get curious.
Instead of “You always…” or “You never…” try:
“Something feels different between us. What do you think we’ve been missing?”

Because the goal isn’t always to prove who’s right.

Sometimes the goal is to understand each other again.

Marriage can have seasons where you drift. That doesn’t always mean you need to walk away.

Sometimes you just need to turn toward each other again. ❤️

Save this for the season when you need it—or send it to your person. 🤎

❤️

This is definitely a cute style, a little more tedious than expected. Nonetheless a super cute style!!
