I’m asking for a little help. A review was recently left on my Google profile by someone I have never serviced, and I believe it is fake. Unfortunately, it dropped my 5-star rating to a 4.9.

The review mentions pricing, which is always a personal decision. If my services aren’t within someone’s budget, I completely understand — there are many other estheticians in the area who may be a better fit. But leaving a review for a business you’ve never actually visited is not fair or honest.
