**Opening**
Well, that time we knew was coming is here. Our sweet Amanda was accepted into her vet program and she will be moving on to exciting new adventures.
That being said…
Just Teasin’ has an opening for a full time receptionist!!
Feel free to come in and pick up an application in person. We will be accepting NO phone calls or answering any messages regarding the position.
You must inquire within. 

Just Teasin’ will be closed today due to snowmageddon. We will be in contact with you this evening or tomorrow to reschedule your appointment. I apologize for any inconvenience.

To all of our friends, family and most of all to our valued guests that intrust us with their beauty, their friendship, and a special place in their lives.

Some may not know, but a little more than two years ago, I became soul owner of Just Teasin’ Hair Studio. Though the details have altered some, our goal remains the same.
Debbie, Summer and I have been fortunate enough to spend 18-24 years, not only at Just Teasin’, but also working several years together at Misty’s Hairstyling. In that time, we have all made Just Teasin’ what it is…together.
Over the years we have seen stylist join us, learning from us as well as teaching us fresh, new and young perspective on hair as well as the business. We’ve seen some move away and some move on in their hair careers. This makes us sad but we can’t begrudge anyone self growth and success in their journey ahead.
In the 18 years that Just Teasin’ has been blessed to serve our community, our tiny little shop has gone through many a cosmetic transformation, always trying to adjust with the times, some being growth in numbers and some growth trying to accommodate new services.
We have again had some change. I love change. I spend a lot of time in this space, probably more than I do at my house and I enjoy moving things around. Especially my little green friends. They love new space and light! We are still the same salon and still strive to cater to your needs, provide fun amenities while bringing fresh, trending looks your way with current and cutting edge education.
I for one am very much looking forward to going back to the basics and focusing on my guests and what I can bring to their beauty needs.
I understand that not everybody likes change and I understand that. Not everyone is gonna like the style I’ve chosen. It’s ok, we’re all different and that is what makes the world a wonderful place. Let’s take into account though, someone has put their sweat and tears into this space.
But in the end, let’s just remember folks… it’s just paint.

After breaking my hand, I'm back at work following two months of recovery. I'm working regular hours for now, but my schedule isn't as packed as it usually is.
I will do my best to return to normal, soon! I'm doing occupational therapy twice a week through June to regain strength in my hand, which is still stiff and sore, but gradually improving. Thank you for your understanding and support. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Debbie back behind the chair!!!

She has been out with an injury and is starting back half days this week. I would like to say thank you to her clients for being patient and understanding in trying to juggle schedules and get everybody accommodated. We understand that when you’ve been going to the same person for years it’s difficult to trust someone else with your hair. Although we know we can in no way fill her shoes we are so thankful that you gave us that opportunity to meet your needs and help Debbie keep her clients and guests looking sassy during her time out.
For the most part it has been pretty painless and people have shown grace and patience. Also Thank you to Summer, Bella, Kendall and Amber. As a business owner, I couldn’t be more proud of how my staff has handled the change in plans and juggling of schedules. Everyone has stepped up and helped out even with everything they have going on.
We all love what we do and have been grateful for the support!
