During peak summer, I often hold off on aggressive resurfacing, deeper peels, or certain laser treatments, and lean into HydraFacials, medical-grade skincare, and skin barrier support instead — real maintenance, minimal downtime.
More sun means more UV, heat, and travel — which can raise the risk of irritation and delayed healing. So this month, I'm recommending less, not more.
