A year ago in July I didn’t foresee being under 200lbs; I was in chronic pain, stressed out, gaining weight, diabetic, and out of control; looking for answers and complaining that things just wouldn’t go right and I was trying everything and being consistent with nothing.. I was on several non-narcotic pain medications and there were days I would cancel work because I couldn’t move. I was in three car accidents in 9 months and my beloved dad passed away in March 2024 and it seemed every time I’d try to start moving in the right direction I’d get pushed back 10x harder…

Someone asked me what did I stand for and I didn’t know the answer to that question.. I just wanted to feel better and be happy and feel confident with where I’m at currently in my life…. I started this journey on February 2 2024 -lost and out of control and I decided to take back control of my life and my energy. I’m not done yet this is just the beginning. Get out of your head and go believe in yourself 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
