Platinum Cutts Barbershop was established in September 2001 on the Southside of Jacksonville, Florida.
The Founder/Owner, Lamont Foy, began cutting hair in 1987 and it was then that he decided that it would be his life calling. He further cultivated his skills while serving as the ship's barber in the United States Navy where he served for nearly 9 years.
