Our Mission: To create a welcoming beauty and wellness destination where every guest can recharge, restore confidence, renew their spirit, and embrace all shades of beauty through exceptional care and meaningful experiences. If you are scheduled over the phone, you will be asked to place a card on file. Should you choose not to give your card over the phone, you will be responsible for adding it into the system at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to have a card on file will result in your appointment being cancelled. Your card will not be charged prior to your scheduled appointment unless YOU select to pay for your service at the time of booking.
​ALL​ appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment start time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of the total service price. ​NO EXCEPTIONS​. There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments arrivals. Failure to show within the given 15 minutes will result in your appointment being marked as a ​NO SHOW​ and your card will be charged for 100% of the service price. ​NO EXCEPTIONS.
