I say this with a heavy heart...as I prepare for our big move, I have been unable to find a unit within my price range to rent so I can remain in business. I will continue the search once we are settled in our new home, however, as of right now - The Secret Garden Studio will see it's final day in Jamestown, ND on March 25th.

I want to thank you all for the opportunity to befriend and serve you for all your skin care needs!! It has been an amazing journey where I've met amazing people and have created wonderful friendships!

Anyone who has existing packages, please get in touch with me to use them up or gift them to someone. Since I have no where to relocate to at the moment, all services will be temporarily ON HOLD after March 25th, 2022. Thank you for your patience and understanding...I will be in touch!!

As most of you know, we've had a string of bad luck in our household since the beginning of December. My daughter came down with Covid and HFM. Things appeared resolved for a week or 2, however, lastnight I had to rush her to the ER where she was diagnosed with Influenza A. We are well aware that illnesses are floating around like wildfire right now. It is inconvenient all around: she cannot attend daycare therfore I cannot perform services, in turn forcing me to cancel/reschedule client appointments. I want to take a minute to apologize for inconvenience it has caused all of you as well.

I previously announced that I will be closing my doors here in Jamestown but will be relocating to Fargo around the 1st week of April. I will announce the location and hours and all of that when the time is near. However, I do want to offer some specials to help make these times easier for everyone.

I typically provide package deals where my clients can buy 4 of any service and receive a 5th free but, considering I will be relocating, I want to offer 10% off ALL services until the end of March! Package deals will still be available as they can be used at the new location, if you wish to travel to Fargo to see me! 😀

I hope everyone is having a pleasant new year and staying warm! We are in a rut with illnesses but I have a feeling things will start looking up again soon! Thank you all for the continued support, it's greatly appreciated!!

I am just giving all my clients/followers a heads up since the new year is here...my daughter and I will be relocating to Fargo come April-June. I would like to schedule any existing package appts before then. If you don't have time to complete your packages and would like to gift any unused sessions to someone, just let me know who and I'll mark it down for you. 😀

I am sad to announce that I will be closing the doors in Jamestown but I have to prepare for long awaited moments for 2022 and this will open new and better doors for the business and my family in Fargo!

Good morning everyone!

What a wild 2 weeks it has been!! Some of you know but for those who don't...miss Aubree tested positive for Covid & HFM (hand/foot/mouth) on Wednesday the 8th. That evening I came down with every symptom and have had a miserable cough and body aches since. Migraines and feverish. It's been awful!!

On Monday the 13th, I couldn't take it anymore...I went to the ER for chest pain and my uncontrollable cough only to find out I tested negative for Covid. The doctor wasn't convinced because of my blood test levels (everything was high). My D-Dimer read almost 800 (should be between 200-400). They rushed me into a CT SCAN, fearing blood clots in/around my lungs...nothing found (assumed they were in the dissolving stage). They gave me some good cough medicine with codeine and told me to follow up with my primary later this week.

Tomorrow, Aubree and I have follow-ups...what's crazy is, you'd never know Aubree was sick except the few days prior to her testing positive. She was very tired all the time and rarely ate or drank anything and complained of headaches. I knew something was wrong BUT when those words came across on the phone..."Aubree has Covid"...my heart sunk. My heart sunk because there is literally nothing you can do for it but wait. I felt helpless.

I want you all to know that we are doing much much better and pending our doctor visit tomorrow, Aubree will resume daycare on Monday and I will return to work and will be planning out my calendar and rescheduling the 50+ clients I had to cancel on!!

I am so sorry for the inconvenience to you all but I will make it up to you and hope you understand how much Covid has and continues to really affect those in our community. Prayers for healing and cross your fingers for good news!
