✨ Salon Cancellation Policy ✨

🔹 Cancellations & Reschedules
• I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• No trading/giving your appointment to someone else. When booking, I consider the time needed for your custom appointment and needs. Doing this can throw my schedule off which isnt fair to me and my other clients scheduled that day.

🔹 Late Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will not be allowed to rebook future appointments.

🔹 Running Late?
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a fee may apply.

I am a busy business owner and momma, so I understand life happens, but last-minute changes or missed appointments make it difficult for me to serve other clients and support my family. If an emergency happens, I am very understanding, please just communicate with me! This policy helps me keep my schedule and small business running smoothly!
