Fit Camps Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am Bring a friend, a water bottle, a mat and a positive attitude
Every Friday we will draw one name of all the members. That person becomes the member of the week for the following week. They get to bring all their friends in and have breakfast, lunch or dinner on us. Stop on and get your name in the drawing
On Fridays we will announce our member of the week for the following week. The member of the week gets to bring their friends in for a free breakfast, lunch or dinner on us. Stop in to put your name in to become the next member of the week
