✨Service Rooms Available for Rent:
Separate rooms available for rent on a daily or weekly basis - perfect for massage therapists or other licensed professionals who want to offer services without a booth rental commitment. Stylists can also rent a room in addition to their booth for extra services.

Requirements:
NYS Cosmetology License required
Liability Insurance required (we can provide information on options)
Booth Renter License required (we can provide information on application process)

About Us

Fringe Hair is a cutting-edge salon offering a wide range of services, including haircuts, color, waxing, lash extensions, and more. We're committed to providing the best hair services in the area, and we're always looking for ways to improve and innovate. Our salon is a welcoming and inclusive space, perfect for stylists who want to build a loyal client base and grow their business.

Rental Opportunities

We currently have 4 stations available for rent, as well as a fully equipped service room for rent. Our rental includes:

* Use of 3 shampoo stations
* Use of salon towels Access to our laundry room with washer and dryer
* Reception area with online and remote booking system
* Back bar shampoo, conditioner, and styling products provided
* Waxing pot and supplies at wash station for facial waxing services
*Refreshments for clients

Rent and Lease Terms

Our weekly rent is $125, with no contract required. We offer a flexible lease term, with a short-term contract available for the first month to help you get settled in. To rent a station or room, you'll need to have a valid New York State cosmetology license, area renter license, and insurance.

We offer discounts for booth and room rentals, so be sure to inquire about our current pricing.

We're seeking talented, motivated stylists who are passionate about their craft and want to grow their business.
