Pricing + Policy Update 〰️

I offer an online booking system where you can view my services and availability for your convenience.

Schedule
My schedule will vary week to week, same week appointments will be rare, so make sure to book ahead to ensure you get the date and time you need. As wedding season approaches weekday availability will slim, as I will be working weekends. I will not book in advance of 4 weeks except for special events.

Booking
New clients will need to provide a full name and contact information to be entered into my booking system, this system will send you an appointment confirmation message as well as a reminder before your appointment. I simply don't have enough time to remind all of my clients individually so this will be helpful to both of us.
If you are requesting a color service please reach out to me directly with an inspiration photo so I can be sure to have your color on hand.

Cancellation
I require a 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment time. I am understanding and will be as accommodating as possible when rebooking. If you suspect you are sick PLEASE reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% retainer will be required to schedule your next appointment, the retainer will be applied to the cost of your service. After 3 canceled appointments I will not be able to rebook you. If you have an emergency please communicate with me when you are able.
No call/No Shows will not be rebooked.

All of these policies are to protect myself and my loyal clients, If you have any questions or concerns about services I offer please reach out directly. Responses may not be instant throughout the day as I am working, if you have not received a response within 48 hours please reach out agin. Between my personal Facebook and my business page, instagram, calls and texts it is possible for a message to get missed.
