Please understand that the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is in place to protect both my clients and my business, and to help prevent scheduling conflicts or last-minute mishaps on either end. I always do my best to provide adequate notice whenever changes are necessary, and I kindly ask for the same respect in return.

If an appointment is rescheduled multiple times, I will require a booking fee after the second reschedule before placing the appointment back on my schedule. This policy helps ensure commitment to the appointment time and protects the time reserved specifically for you.

I understand this may seem strict, but this is my livelihood and how I provide for my family, just as your job provides for yours. Please be considerate and understanding of the time and preparation that goes into every appointment.

At the moment, I am not offering birth flower bouquets with names blended in. I’m still learning and practicing with Procreate and want to make sure I can provide the quality and detail you all deserve before officially offering them.
