your pillowcase called… it’s begging for a wash

If you struggle with breakouts, congestion, irritation, or just want healthier skin, don’t overlook one of the biggest skincare habits: changing your pillowcase

While you sleep, your pillowcase collects oil, sweat, dead skin cells, hair products, makeup residue, dust, pet hair, and bacteria. Night after night, all of that gets pressed back against your skin for 6–8 hours

A fresh pillowcase won’t magically clear acne on its own, but it’s one of those small habits that can make a big difference when paired with a consistent skincare routine. Think of it as giving your skin a clean surface to recover on every night
