Deposits are now required when booking online. I understand times are tough for everyone right now… but there is absolutely no excuse for no-call/no-showing an appointment. It is genuinely not hard to text your service provider to let them know that you’re not going to be able to make it. We are quite literally banking on you to show up. Our whole livelihood depends on it.

That being said, a nonrefundable $30 deposit is now required when booking🩷

If you cancel, you are forfeiting your deposit.
If you no-show, you are forfeiting your deposit, along with any further bookings. There is now zero tolerance for no-shows.
If you reschedule, you are forfeiting your deposit, and a new deposit may be required for rebooking.
