Good morning everyone. I just wanted to pop in and apologize to everyone that had appointments with me on Monday or today that had to be rescheduled or canceled. Over the weekend my kiddo was very sick and tested positive for Influenza A on Monday. It’s been a really rough road. She’s never been this ill for this long before. I’m hoping to be back to work tomorrow, but for now I’m working on helping her get better. Thank you for your patience and understanding

Hey everyone. I am on my second day back to work since I got back from Florida. Things have been a little wild at the salon and there has been some scheduling confusion. Please be patient with us. I cannot remember much from before my trip in terms of conversation or scheduling. So if scheduling is out of wack, I will take responsibility for it but I can only do so much to remedy the situation. Thank you and have a great day

Good morning everyone! I am coming on here to detail some things due to some issues I have been having with scheduling over the last couple months.

• My hours are not exactly the same every week. But Monday through Thursday I do not work after 3pm on the days that I work.
• Our appointment book is paper which means I cannot schedule appointments from home.
• For all booking our hours are 9am to 8pm on weekdays, 8am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays. The salon number is 1(608)757-1900. I also have a call now button on my page here.
• I am not willing to play favorites in relation to scheduling conflict. If I get overbooked/we are understaffed/I call in/ have an emergency and someone is contacting you asking to reschedule, we are not picking on you individually. However, if you throw a fit about it, there is a chance that we will inform you your appointment may be cancelled entirely. Depending on the severity I may also fire you as a client.

I have planned on making a post like this for about a month. It is very important to me that my client relationship stays professional and does not interfere with my personal life. I am a cosmetologist, but I am a mom first. You are all still welcome to contact me about pricing and other hair related questions as well as to ask me about my work hours.
