Good afternoon!! I am back!!! I was gone most of the month of July and into August, but I am back to a regular schedule with school getting ready to start back up😊 I know I have missed quite a few calls and messages, and am trying to get to them all now. Cancelation fees… I know some people don’t agree with this or don’t understand why a cancelation fee is enforced. If a client cancels an appointment without 24 hours of the appointment the chances of me being able to fill that spot is slim to none. Therefore I am not getting paid what I have been expecting anymore. If you show up to work and get told you’re not getting paid you would not be happy… This is why cancelation fees are enforced and appreciated when understood by clients 🤍

I always recommend for my client to do a clarifying treatment, followed by their purple shampoo (Again as long as its not over done😆) 4. Avoid all forms of saltwater, and chlorine! It is so much fun to go in the water I get it. But educating your clients on the harshness that these types of water have on the hair is super important!
