Yesterday I had the opportunity to do a chair massage event for Teacher Appreciation Week at one of our local schools, and it was such a good reminder of how important self-care really is.

Whether it’s a full hour massage, a 15-minute chair massage, taking a walk, stretching, breathing deeply, sitting quietly for a moment, or simply doing nothing at all. Taking even a few minutes for yourself matters.

We give so much of ourselves to everyone else every day. Don’t forget that you deserve care too. Even 15 minutes can help reset your mind and body more than you realize.
