Spiral Line Massage & Bodywork

Come join me at the Harvest of Wellness Event! I’ll be there offering mini massage sessions. Come enjoy a day of wellness, connection, education, and fun!

Hope to see you Saturday, October 10th, 11 AM–3 PM at Sara’s Health & Fitness in Edgerton!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote, support, recommend, and trust me with your care. Every appointment, referral, kind word, and vote means so much to me.

Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to do work that I truly love. I look forward to continuing to care and help my clients and future clients find relief, relaxation and wellness.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to do a chair massage event for Teacher Appreciation Week at one of our local schools, and it was such a good reminder of how important self-care really is.

Whether it’s a full hour massage, a 15-minute chair massage, taking a walk, stretching, breathing deeply, sitting quietly for a moment, or simply doing nothing at all. Taking even a few minutes for yourself matters.

We give so much of ourselves to everyone else every day. Don’t forget that you deserve care too. Even 15 minutes can help reset your mind and body more than you realize.

What are you going to do for your self today?
