I’ve been working hard on expanding my skills, and I am currently perfecting some incredible new techniques in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Before I officially add these to my regular menu, I need some friendly bodies to practice on!

Lymphatic drainage massage is a super gentle, rhythmic treatment that is amazing for boosting the immune system, reducing fluid retention, and cellular cleanup. It is especially helpful for anyone managing:

Autoimmune conditions (like RA, fibromyalgia, etc. to help ease inflammation and joint stiffness)
Post-op recovery (fantastic for reducing swelling and discomfort after surgeries)
General sluggishness, bloating, or chronic fatigue
