🍎 **A Little Appreciation for Our Teachers** ❤️

Teachers give so much of themselves to their students and communities. We wanted to do a little something to give back!

At the beginning of this month, we reached out to schools in Janesville, Milton, and Beloit with a gift of **FREE wellness sessions** at Break Free Health & Wellness for teachers to enjoy a little time for themselves.

I'm sharing this here, too, just in case you didn't see the offer at your school!

If you're a teacher, reach out to us at Break Free. We'd be happy to let you know if any sessions are still available for your school!

📅 Sessions must be used by **October 31, 2026**.

To all our teachers, thank you for the difference you make every day. We appreciate you! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who nominated and voted for Break Free Health & Wellness in this year's CommunityVotes Janesville.
We are incredibly grateful for your support and honored to have been recognized by our community.

When I started Break Free Health & Wellness, my goal was simple - to create a place where people could come to take charge of their health naturally and feel cared for along the way. To have our community recognize us in this way is truly humbling.

Whether you've booked a session, referred a friend, shared one of our posts, or simply cast a vote, thank you. Every act of support has helped us grow, and I never take that for granted.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in Break Free Health & Wellness. It is an honor to serve this amazing community, and I'm excited for what the future holds. ❤️

Some days are harder than others to be positive but loved this quote when I saw it. It is a good reminder! And that goes along with the "we need to be reminded more than we need to be taught" quote. 😀

Check this out. Congratulations Melissa!
