Meet our newest Ambassador the JCOC Chamber would like to Spotlight, Rudy Castillo!

Rudy was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and made the move from Kerrville to Jarrell in 2021, proudly planting roots in another close knit community. With nine years in the beauty industry, Rudy brings strong technical expertise along with a deep understanding of growth, adaptability, and the importance of building lasting client relationships.

Rudy currently serves as an assistant to the owner, Mandi, at Heaven and Hair Salon, where he supports daily operations while continuing to grow within the industry. His role reflects a true passion for teamwork, leadership, and creating a welcoming space for every guest who walks through the door.

He is passionate about contributing to a thriving and inclusive community where people from all walks of life feel seen, valued, and supported. Rudy believes in building connections, encouraging local growth, and helping create spaces where everyone feels they belong.

Outside of work, Rudy is a proud father of three amazing boys who keep him grounded and remind him daily of the importance of balance, joy, and family.
