I’m so excited about cooking this menu! I had put on the most weight ever in my life when I lived with my Italian father-in-law for a short period of time he taught me how to cook authentic Italian food and I loved it a little too much 😂 I took those meals and started playing with different ingredients that brought the same great flavor but with nutritional content.
Not only do I use all organic ingredients to support mitochondria health, grass-fed beef and quality ingredients, but I also base every meal around protein.
