No-Show • Cancellation • Late Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
My time is valuable, and so is yours. When you book an appointment with Nailed It by Catrina, that time is reserved specifically for you. Please respect my schedule by arriving on time and keeping your appointment.
🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show is an appointment that is missed without any notice.
No-shows will not be rescheduled without a deposit.
A 50% deposit of the service price will be required to book your next appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is missed again or cancelled outside of the cancellation policy.
Repeated no-shows may result in future appointments being refused.
📅 CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that things happen. However, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may require a 50% deposit before another appointment can be scheduled.
Repeated last-minute cancellations will result in a required 50% deposit for all future appointments.
Multiple cancellations or repeated disrespect of appointment times may result in no further bookings.
⏰ LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
There is a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be cancelled or shortened depending on the service and my schedule.
If your appointment must be cancelled because you are excessively late, it will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.
Please do not expect me to run behind for the clients scheduled after you.
💅 IMPORTANT
Your appointment time is reserved for you and only you. When you don't show up, cancel at the last minute, or arrive excessively late, that time cannot easily be filled by another client.
I will always do my best to be understanding and work with my clients when genuine emergencies happen. However, repeated behavior will be addressed accordingly.
Respect my time, and I will always respect yours.

Lately, I've been asked a lot about my pricing, and I thought it would be helpful to explain what you're getting when you choose my services. With every extension set, you receive an express manicure, cuticle work, and gel nail polish - a level of service that goes above and beyond what most places offer. I'm committed to providing an exceptional experience, not just a service, and that takes time and dedication. That's why I don't rush appointments or prioritize one client over another. Each person who sits in my chair is important to me, and I give my all to ensure they leave feeling confident and beautiful. I'm grateful for the support of my clients, both past and present, and I'm excited to welcome new faces into my chair. Doing what I love is my greatest reward, and I'm blessed to be able to share that with others.
