I just wanted to share these reminders about Summit Kneads Massage! Services, hours and policies! 🩷

Note to self.

Do one word at a time before your hand starts shaking….
I’m taking a lil break now.

Some final touch ups and the logo will be completed!

It looks so good with the lighting! 😊

As a mom of five, I know firsthand how easy it is to put ourselves last.

We say, “I can’t. I have the kids.”

BUT what if our children were the reason we finally said yes to taking care of ourselves?

This little corner at Summit Kneads Massage was created with parents in mind. A place for coloring books, snacks, and a cozy seat while Mom or Dad spends an hour refilling their cup.

Your children should never be the excuse that keeps you from healing….they should be the reason you do.

My husband got me a “Congratulations on your new studio” gift!
It came in early, we put it together last night and thank goodness I made him help me because it was a challenge putting this chair together, totally worth it though!

I’m so excited to get this studio finished up with the final little touches.

I can not wait to see this space completed.

As my business continues to grow, I’ve realized the importance of protecting my time with my family and maintaining a healthy work-life balance so I can continue showing up as the best version of myself for each of you.

Moving forward, I will no longer be accepting new evening appointments. My current evening clients will remain on my schedule as usual, and I will not be adding additional evening availability or moving existing clients into those time slots.

Thank you for understanding that boundaries are an important part of preventing burnout and ensuring I can continue providing the level of care my clients have come to expect from Summit Kneads Massage. I am incredibly grateful for your support, loyalty, and for allowing me to be a part of your wellness journey.
