🪞🕊️🤍✨‎‧₊˚✧[Beauty is Therapy]✧˚₊‧ Help me make you feel confident and relaxed:)

04/13/2024

This one is for my dad who gave me endless opportunities and resources to pursue whatever my heart desired with the freedom of choice and strong words of advice and encouragement to always motivate me to try my best at any and everything I do but also get me to rest and take breaks as needed keeping the big picture and end goal in mind with every intention not to get lost in heat of the moment things that are of little to no significance while creating my desired purpose. I love you and you continue to inspire me everyday and have never stopped.
Thank you for never giving up on me or anything in your life. ♥️

The Migraine Facial

Migraines are a headache of varying intensity with other accompanying symptoms such as nausea and sensitivity to light and sound.

The effects are not solely physical as the mental attributions can outweigh and last longer than the temporary discomfort.

People with migraines often struggle with basic ex*****on of daily tasks involving lifestyle goals and relationships.

Mental health can contribute to the symptoms or make it worse by impacting the frequency and severity of migraines.

Antioxidants Role in Migraine Relief and Prevention:

On top of recommended home remedies, essential oils and topical gels made specifically for relief of headaches and headache related symptoms and causes the ingredients in your skincare as well as massage movements and pressure points can be something to include in your daily self care routine while promoting a healthy glow and getting the most effective benefits from your chosen products.

Not only are antioxidants one of the top ten skincare ingredients as they have little to no side effects and are used to treat an abundance of skincare concerns, they inhibit initiation, propagation and the oxidative chain reaction and prevent oxidative stress.

Most relieving massage movements and pressure points:

When performing a facial either on yourself or another individual it is important to keep in mind the free basic facial techniques being to continuously be in contact with the skin, perform slow movement with even firm pressure, and repeat each movement 3-5 times before moving on. The combination of these for the intended duration of 5-10 minutes will create the ultimate relaxation and pe*******on of the product.

Pressure points:

Majority of pressure points to relieve tension for common head pain are found in the face.

Facial Beauty Pressure Point: Place each index finger near your nostrils and gently push in tracing a path down underneath your cheekbones. Once your fingers are set on the base of your cheekbones either maintain pressure or softly massage the area for additional relief.

Third Eye Pressure Point: Take your finger and place it at the midpoint between your eyebrows. Apply pressure and hold it for several minutes.

Bright Light Pressure Point: Place your finger just below the third eye on either side of the bridge of the nose below the tip of each eyebrow and hold there for about one minute before releasing.

Gates of Consciousness Pressure Point: Place both of your hands behind your head cradling it gently; begin to point your thumbs in a downward direction slowly adding pressure to both sides of the base of your skull. Begin to massage the area with soft circular motions.

Wind Mansion Pressure Point: Hold the back of your head with one hand and position your palm so that your thumb is pointing downwards. Press the thumb into the hollow at the skills base and then apply and hold pressure.

Welcome Fragrance Pressure Point: Apply pressure to each side of the nostril for up to one minute before releasing.

Neck Pressure Points: Put pressure on either the back of the neck or halfway down beteeen the ear and the shoulders. For more effectiveness tilt your head back and rub the points in a circular motion for several minutes.

Thank you for being so supportive of my dreams and sharing the same passions as me.

I’m always happy to help you leave glowing 💖

“I feel like my skin is very soft after my facial. My skincare seems to soak in better than before. There is also a glow to my skin and it’s more youthful looking. I haven’t noticed any irritation. I look forward to doing it again and can see the benefits to doing it regularly”
