Graceful Healing Massage

Working on my Buccal massage training on this GORGEOUS morning. How do YOU say Buccal? It has many pronunciations depending on your field and maybe there is no right or wrong way 🤷🏻‍♀️ Specialized face massage? Manual face lift massage?

My buccal treatments will involve myofacial release, lymph drainage, and intraoral massage and jaw release.

It’s happening! This morning the thermostat was reading 4 degrees cooler than the thermostat was set in here because it’s cooled off so much outside. I’ve turned the heat on just 1° for the first time this season! Eeeeeeek!

Sorry team, I’m still out of the office today! This G.I. bug is holding on. 😭

A gentle Labor Day reminder: today isn’t about honoring our veterans—that’s what Veterans Day is for. Labor Day honors the workers whose labor, organizing, and sacrifices helped build this country and secure many of the workplace protections we have today.
I will be watching the movie NEWSIES today and I recommend checking it out, especially if you never have. Newsies is a perfect Labor Day movie because it’s about workers standing together, organizing, and striking for fair treatment—the very spirit of the labor movement that Labor Day honors.

Today, we celebrate American workers. 🇺🇸
