Good morning although the governor would like to chance peoples health and life and your higher up's have made the decision to choose money over safety. We are aware of the malls decision to resume business. However we at Black Rose Elite are about health and wellness first. At this time there is no possible way we can ensure the safety of our clients or us. Or perform any true social distancing. And since nothing really has changed. Except peoples love of money continuing to show...as previously mentioned we made the decision to close up 3weeks before Indiana or the USA saw fit. We will not resume business untill released by the holy Spirit. Be encouraged. If you bought a Groupon I encourage you to request a refund so that you may use your money where you would like to at this time. I have emailed Groupon and told them to refund vouchers.
