Can you please stop this in Indiana? The amount of neglect and fraud is huge in Indiana because of this one thing. Not only can I share my story that will prove this is a huge Medicare medicad fraud, bill for services you won’t get because of a label. Most recently would be my elderly family member. They had surgery in June been in and out of the hospital since. Discharged, then re admitted over and over. Why? Because there was elderly abuse reported, they retaliated with patient abandonment, falsifying charts, and they not doing more than they have to. We seen the surgeon the other day was told my elderly family member would’ve died with out us. So all that money Medicare and medicad had to pay for all the re admissions is fraudulent due to their lack of care. What’s scary is this was all in the open, the abuse never reported by them. There’s a big problem with these labels and the neglect in this state. 

This right here is causing harm. Does that oath mean nothing?
